‘I love you more than Pizza’, a declaration of true love! This print is a combination of beautiful bits of art, poetry and food throughout history. It´s based on a medieval illustration from the ‘Codex Manesse’, also known as the ‘Great Heidelberg Book of Songs’. The poem is a quote of the ‘Bedouin Song’ by James Bayard Taylor and the world wide well beloved Pizza is a dish dating back to 997 A.D.
Hand-carved and printed on 100 g/qm Ingres paper, with black caligo safe wash relief ink.
Each print might vary slightly due to the handmade process. This could be slight specks of ‘noise’ or spots with uneven ink texture.
